And a funny thing happened the other day, I had to go to the UPS Store for some photocopying at work and it's not under new ownership by this totally nice family (so of course I thought of you)! UPS official people were there training them and they are so ashamed of how the previous owner handled business because I decided to speak to them about his work ethic. I don't know if you're ever considering going back there, but just thought you'd like to know there is a happy ending.
