In my head, it's how I talk. Sometimes it should be a comma, sometimes a period and other times there shouldn't be any punctuation at all. Okay right there where the period is, I wanted to put a dash and keep going. It's just a bad habit and since I have to reduce my caffeine intake, I'm keeping my dashes for now.
