A Recipe for Seething Resentment

By Kim Werker

Last month during KDTV taping, Shannon shot the longest two minutes of YouTube video ever. Wanna see the sort of antics that go on in the green room between segments? Here you go. But the real reason I’m posting this is because—you may not have already known this—Eunny has the most delightfully keen talent for cut-downs (see the title of this post). I intend this as the highest compliment; it’s one of the reasons I adore her as much as I do. See how she stops us in our tracks as we go a little overboard about, um, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, with some Firefly tossed in because once I get started, I can’t stop.

Help me raise $3000 to support pancreatic cancer research! This damn disease is my family's kryptonite, but our collective superpowers can help thwart its evil blight.

haha it's even more neat to watch because I've met Eunny and Annie in real life. I always LOVE behind the scenes stuff, you can see more of people's personality.

Yeah, it occurred to me that before this, I'd only been publicly full of
    crap in small groups. ;)

And she's so nonchalant about calling us nerds — that's the best part!

It's too bad it's barely audible when she immediately follows that up by
saying she's a nerd about so many things. It was just so much fun being all
    together that week.

Having been there earlier in the week, it's like a completely different place. You guys could be your own sorority, but such the un-sorority.. . . .and I mean that in such a good way – a way that I wish I could be quite honestly. Oh and as far as Eunny is concerned, my entire adv pkg for '09 is dependent on securing the sandwich she posted about on FB yesterday. Just sayin'. . . .

Points for a compelling blog title! In the misty future blogs will surely be studied as fine 21stcen literature.

I'll have to get Eunny go feed me more blog titles.

And Annie's joke! Which I've been telling all week. And the green room is really green…

First words when somebody walks in there the first time, “Hey, it's green.”
