Hey, Kiddo! I have no idea what blog meme is. As long as it doesn't hurt, I guess I'm fair game. As for being a student in upstate NY, count me. But my time was at least a decade before you guys, I'm certain!

@Molly: Ooh, fun! I lived in Hinman in Roosevelt Hall, and spent a (hellish) year as an RA in Newing in Broome Hall. I took some English, a memorable rhet class my senior year.

NO WAY! You went to SUNY Binghamton too? Too funny. I went there, graduated in 1984 (a little earlier than you), majoring in "English, General Literature and Rhetoric" and Poli Sci. Lived in Seneca in College in the Woods!

Yay, thanks for playing along! I, too, have a Doritos weakness, most specifically the Cool Ranch variety. I never allow myself to buy them to have in the house, but at my last job we used to have monthly cookouts in the summer, and I would always buy them for the cookout and then eat the whole bag myself. Naughty.

@Amy J.: I remember that! So much so that I'm fairly confident it was during <*gasp*> Passover. (Jay's lasting gift to me: Joni Mitchell. I remember how I was standing [facing the window; he was sitting on my bed] when he played me Ladies of the Canyon in my dorm room that same spring.)

Kim, I have a picture somewhere (my parent's house?) of you, Alisa, and Jay eating Doritos in your freshman suite at Bingo--I see not much has changed! I must admit though, with this pregnancy, one of the 'naughty' things I allow myself is Doritos (Daniel brought some bizarre flavor to a cookout and we got 'stuck' with the extras....or I might have just hidden them so no one would eat them:))
